Welcome to your Friday, but more importantly your Healthy Vegan Friday! Anna, Kimmy, and I always look forward to sharing some of the top healthy vegan recipes from around the web this past week, as voted by you! If you’re new to hello, veggy! this week (thanks for following!!) keep reading to see how you can be a part of HVF! Without any further interruption here are the top three recipes as selected by number of clicks:

1. Naturally Sweet Gluten-free Chocolate Chip Cookie Clouds by Vegan Mommy Chef

Who knew clouds could be so nutritious? Allison’s recipes does a great job of hiding yo’ veggies in these cookies!

2. Mocha Overnight Oats by The Healthy Maven

Davida has mastered the art of ‘VOO’; the fact that she stirred hers up in a mason jar makes this recipe a winner in my books!

3. Flourless Salted Caramel Cookies by Yup, It’s Vegan

Oh, those magical caramel-y dates make cookies ten times better!

Choosing my top favourites this week was really difficult. I persevered and chose these three vegan tummy-pleasers:

Bigger than Big Burrito Bowl by Fitful Focus

I’m so glad my old elf Nicole linked up her delicious burrito bowl to HVF! I love mega-portions!

Indian-inspired Roasted Cauliflower with Almonds and Lemon by The Taste Space

I’ve been known to eat a whole head of cauliflower in one sitting; the variety certainly fits the bill!

Chocolate Rosemary Almond Butter by So peaches, much greens

I love Laura’s creativity with this almond butter! I would have never thought of this combination!

My Submission- Easy Vegan Chickpea Coconut Curry

I’m sharing another oldie, but goodie! Hopefully this curry helps scare away winter!

  10. I had a hard time choosing this week too! I also chose the cauliflower and burrito bowl. That almond butter is super creative, I never would have thought of that flavor combination.
